I would like to help ye', but I can only view the one picture. It has nothing to do with an error with the links, it is just that this device I am using is quite lame with ad.fly.
Anyway, it seems to me like the grass it a retexture. I believe the version of FeralHeart they are using is Feralistic which is no longer around. I do not believe that you will be able to find the grass anywhere I apoligize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It's a re-texture so just load up the grass.mesh and change the name in the Material box in Object Maker. No idea where I got this from, I just found it on my computer.

I'll keep an eye out for that tree.
