Check if Feralheart files are currupted? Does it open when you click it, or just crashes straight away? Maybe your computer cannot handle the processor. If you also have a virus scanner, it could be blocking feralheart for some reason. Does a yellow and blue badge sign come up when you try and open it? If so, you need to disable your virus scanner. I have AVG virus scanner, and it allows feralheart. Many virus scanners are different. You should also try re-downloading the game, and see if that works. Try scanning the files with a virus scanner to see if theres anything wrong / unwanted that was downloaded with the game, that is preventing it from running.
