Preset

So I'm trying to help my friend use a preset, however when she exported it and gave me the file, I can't see her preset. She can, but no one else that downloads the file is able to. We even tried changing the coding and putting it into a different folder number, however that one wouldn't export. Any ideas or suggestions?

Maybe have her delete the .fhp file and export it again.

Make sure you're placing that .fhp file into Feralheart\presets, not my_presets.

Solution one: Go to Local Disk (C:)\FeralHeart\Presets and search for the preset file you downloaded. If you see something like 'Username_#(1)' [Or 2, 3, 4..etc..] then just Right click the file, select 'Rename' and delete of the (1) [Or 2, 3, 4... you get the idea]. Then restart FH again!

Solution two: Go to Local Disk (C:)\FeralHeart\Presets and search for the preset file you downloaded. Ask your friend if they have any capitals in their name if you don't see any. Example: You see bigbangtheory but it's actually BigBangTheory. If that is the case then Rename the file to the correct user name and restart FH.

Solution 3: If you're seeing your friend's old preset instead of the new one, all you need to do is Replace the old one with the new one instead of having a duplicate.

What is her actual username?
If it has any symbols or spaces, it could be the cause of the problem.

So basically she got a preset, exported it, then sent me the file. I put it in the correct folder and everything, however when I refreshed FH, I still saw her default character. On her screen she sees herself with the preset on, but everyone else does not.
