Preset eye problems?

So, I've made this preset for one of my main characters, and I did something different to the eye, I basically home-made it from another eye texture, instead of just coloring it in.  If it helps, they're bi-colored eyes and I've made sure everything is correct, from the preset coding, to the file type I'm saving it as...

What exactly happened? Is it just plain white? Black and yellow? Or did you attempt to add a code to it? For bi-color eyes, for example, the right and left sides have dofferent Mats, for say; Preset_4_eyeMatR or Preset_4_eyeMatL, the number of the preset all depends on what folder your using.
Just edit the< preset texture [texture here .jpg or .png] > Save and run the game, go to preset maker and see if it worked c: or look here. This s a more descriptive tutorial <3
