Preset problems

I've been having a preset problem. Yes I Have tried everything, renaming, reexporting it. I even let one of my trusted friends to help me by getting on my account and exporting it while i'm on my alt account. When I was on this alt account we tried it on there. It worked! But we didn't know why it wouldn't work on my main account. Can you please help us? ;n;

Not quite sure why yer preset isn't exportin' for ye' but it cooperated for yer acquaintance.. Might be a problem with yer exporter 'n ye'll have to re-download the game perhaps. Though, if ye' wish not to do that, yer friend can just send ye' yer preset's .fhp file that they should have in their FeralHeart > Presets folder then ye' should be able to see yer preset once ye' log into the game since ye'll have that file.
Just a suggestion.

I have tried both of though things, I think I just might make a new main account when the registration is open, or just use my alt account.
