Email activation not working

Hey everyone

I have made a new account since the one I am using currently does not work since the username is too long. My problem now is that I cannot activate my new account because the link I received in my authentication email sends me to this page.



Is there a way that I can get a new authentication email?

With which staff member can I come in contact with since Red is not responding to my messages?

Red is not awake 24/7.
I suggest you wait a bit until Red can respond to your message. Red or Raz are really the only ones who can help you. But wait for Red's response.

Did you click the link provided in your email or did you copy and then paste it in your browser? Making sure you selected the entire link if you did copy-paste..?

I've asked Red days ago so I don't think he is planning to respond. I had to copy and paste the link and have tried it many times over now, getting the same message.

Don't fear dear, just wait till the registration is open again ^^ it's just saying that the registration closed before you could activate it. Just wait till its open again and slap that Activate button!!

Pretty normal if you didn't activate during open registration. When the registration is open, the activation works normally, but if the activation is closed, it doesn't work.

I'd guess activation is part of the registration thing if it forbids it, I don't know...
