The environment shows perfectly for everything like the Map Maker and such, but when I log on, the whole environment is black. The only thing visible is my wolf and the controls.

Changing the rendering modes didn't work. This computer is only 2 weeks old so the graphics card should be completely up to date. My connection is solid, so I don't know what else it could possibly be. Any help?

tried reinstalling fh? deleting the folder and then using the setup again?

Are you possibly in a map? If you're in a map, and you delete it the map while the character is still in it, then you may still be in the deleted map. Try going to User Panel (Right hand corner of the website, under the log in.) and sending your characters home.
Is it only one character? Or all of them?
