Friend needs help!

Hi! My friend had to redownload her Feral heart game, everything works except the mass markings and the items. She can't see them, even though she has download them, like twice. Please, we need help as soon as possible!

Is she certain she's placing them in the right locations?

Items: .Cfg file goes into the main Feralheart (Feralheart\FHRoot if Mac) folder (click replace when prompted), while the items themselves should be placed in Feralheart\media\items.

Markings: .Cfg file goes into the main Feralheart (Feralheart\FHRoot if Mac) folder (click replace when prompted), while the markings themselves should be placed in Feralheart\media\textures. Make sure she clicks replace when asked, otherwise you will not be able to see them.

She says she did that, and it's on her laptop. She says she's done everything correctly.

When re-installing her game, did she Un install everything then DELETE the FeralHeart folder? If she hasn't tell her to do that then re-install FH. If there are still some issues, come back and we'll see what we can do.

She says she doesn't know what she did. So I'll tell her to reinstall. I'll see from there.

Ok, but make sure she Deletes the FeralHeart folder after un-installing. Then she can re-install the game and hopefully no issues will occur.
