when will the registration be open and at what times?

OK so i told my friend witch is obsessed about wolves about this game and he said he wanted to make an account so we can play it together but for the past 2 days the registration as been closed and he cant make one i just want to know when it opens and at what time. someone please help!

Registration opens at random days and random hours. There is no exact or constant predictable schedule. It opens quite often, sometimes twice in one day. When it opens it stays open for about 2hrs. If your friend wants to catch it they need to check into the site often. Goodluck
