Unable to log into game!

Hi, everytime I try to log into the game with my user name and password it says Connecting to front server and then says Request accepted but after that it says Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts cause 15 min ban) 

any tips on how to resolve this problem?

i've already let it through my firewall

Unfortunately the username you're trying to log in with is longer than 15 characters. Usernames that are longer than 15 characters will not work correctly thus not allowing you to log in in game with them. I apologize for the inconvenience but you're going to have to create a new account with a username that is less than 15 characters.

Registrations closed again and I'm not sure when it's opening, it's gonna take forever from just to change it.

I'm sorry for all the trouble. I do hope you'll be able to make your account soon. Just check into the site often because registration opens very often.
