I found this bug a while back but didn't get around to report it. I shot a video of it.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've experienced this before. Maybe try a different map, is it just this map or every map you see no people? If it is every map, re-install Feral-Heart.

So far, I can't tell if other maps have this problem. I can't leave Cape, nor can I go home.
It seems to be broken.

I'll reinstall FeralHeart later once I'm finished with a map and put it up for download, though.
