If you've already tried so this is not something that is account bound(as in trying another account and seeing if you can connect on the same computer and internet), it's very likely due to either your Antivirus built in firewall or router blocking certain ports FeralHeart uses to connect to the game, though it does seem a bit funny since you manage connect to the login server and fetch your account information that way.
Things like trial and error would be the best in this situation, trying to use another account on the same computer and internet connection, see if it works.
Use another computer but the same account and internet connection see if it works.
And Use another internet connection but the same account and computer to see if it works.
Hopefully one of these combinations would work and that way you could find out where the problem lays. You could always try to do a simple re-install of the game, but I doubt that will make any different in your case.
