Does anyone know how OFTEN open registration happens?

I felt really special waking up randomly at 4am and found that open registration was up. But my username is over 16 characters so my account won't work. So now I have to register again. Does anyone know how many times open registration happens? I know the times are random.

It opens randomly, so I can't give you an exact time on when it surely opens. Sorry.

Edit: Im not sure the number of times it opens, but many 2 times?

As said above it opens randomly and quite often. Once it's open it stays open for about 2hrs.
