Can't Export Prest?

So everytime I try to export 2 of my presets, nothing happens. Only one of my presets will export. Does anyone know what to do?

I highly doubt yer laptop itself is the problem for I have a Windows 8 and I can export presets just fine. Methinks it's yer username. Does yer username contain symbols such as |, (, &, %, #, $, etc? That could be what's causin' yer presets to not export. I've had this problem before on one of my old usernames that I no longer have 'n the only solution I could find was to obtain a new username without any extravagant symbol decoration or anythin'. Just smooth letters and spaces.
Ye' can also try to use one of yer other usernames (if ye' have more than one) and see if it'll work then.

Are you trying to export them both at the same time? If so, try exporting one at a time, and make sure they're not being exported under the same number (preset_1 for example). If that's happening, the one may be exporting and the other may be replacing it due to them having the same preset number.
