Could Not Find Movie

Every time I try to click on a movie clip in the chat, it always says "Could not find movie [insert number here]." Is there any specific reason as to why this is happening to me? It's been happening for quite a while now, and it's pretty annoying. Is there a way for me to fix it?

Hello, Sarah! Users receive this error when they expand the horizontal width of the chat box. Simply restart the game to fix this glitch. Be sure not to move the chat box horizontally, but you're free to move it vertically.
