Portal not working

When I try to walk into the portal to Ascension Island, I just fall straight through it. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Help?
Other portals are working.

This is most likely just a glitch; Just keep trying and it should eventually let you in. It always happens with all of my portals but if I keep trying to usually lets me in.

Have you tried a different character? Sometimes the game glitches and needs a different character to transfer. And maybe you just need to restart the game? Something may have gone wrong in the connection.

Ah, OK, thank you. I'll try that. Good to know it's not just me.
I'll try restarting it now.
EDIT: Never mind. I was just in front of the portal and I tried going through it again, and it worked, without me having to restart the game. I'm on Ascension Island now. Thanks for the help.  :)
