character reset problem??

hii i'm trying to reset one of my characters cause' they got stuck in a map but nothing is showing up for me when i do? like it shows this for me, i also had my bff try to log onto my account to do it to see if that works from her computer but it showed the same thing for her, any help?

Go to the sign-in box in the right-hand corner and select "User panel." From there it will ask you to put in your username and password before showing you your list of characters. Select "Reset home" on the character's home you want to change. Then press "Go home" if you want them to be sent there.

Hmm. It looks like your character list isn't showing up. Have you tried logging out, clearing your cookies and cache, then logging back in?
