Unable to log in?

So I made an account when the registration was open and activated it, but when I go on the game it says my account is invalid? I tried everything from resetting my password to redownloading and nothing worked! I can't make a new account because registration is always closed and that's the only other thing the people have told me to do and it's really ticking me off.

Can someone please help me, because if not I'm not playing this game and will spread how buggy and unreliable it is :/ I shouldn't have to go through all of this to play a silly rp game.

I do hope that helps. Registration isn't always closed. You'll just have to keep checking every hour or so in case it finally opens up.

I already tried every single thing on this so no it didn't help, and I was exaggerating when I said it was always closed. I've been waiting for almost a week and haven't been able to catch it a single time.

Your username is over 16 characters and that's why it isn't working. You need to make a new account. Follow the advice the others have you above when you do make your new account. And yes and Alpha said registration is open right now and opens quite often so just keep watch of it.
