Impossible to connect

Hi !
So, I can play without problem until recent days. When I want to connect, the error message appears, preventing me from playing.  Thinking that I had forgotten my password, I changed it. But I still cannot play, the same message continues to appear. I have checked there was no mistake with my password and my user name, but I can't connect to the game.
So can anyone help me?

Ah, alrighty. What does the error say, exactly? It could be y'er connection that's now allowing ye to log in. Make sure to check if y'er computer has a strong connection to the Internet, or it may give ye that error.

Did ye use the numpad to log in? The numpad is not useable in FH and the game won't read the key, so make sure ye use the numbers atop of the keyboard. Also check that NumLock isn't on, or ye will 'ave a tough time typing with some keys.

Let me know if any of this helps ye, and if ye could provide a screenshot of the error, that may help us figure out what the problem is faster.

Great! It works ! Instead of typing the digits with the number pad, I did it with numbers above my keyboard as you told me.
(The error message was that my password and/or username was incorrect. My username is Akomis)
