Winter Meshes?

I'm making a map and I'm having a rather hard time finding winter meshes (snow-covered trees, bushes, etc.). I found a pack that I thought would help but there was an error and I was unable to download. -.-' If anybody could link me to some nice winter meshes, that would be very much appreciated!
