cant connect to server

hi im confused because for over two months I haven't been able to connect and it says failed to connect to front server any ideas on what I should do id really appreciate it

You need to have the login page opened while you play the game.
LOGIN HERE and make sure once you login you keep that page opened!

Just to add, keep the page open behind the game. Do not minimize it.
There's a possibility you'll get logged out if you do.
