Darknessmod textures

I installed the Darknessmod http://www.mediafire.com/download/a646kj19ojy557u/DarknessMod.zip and I entered the game. My characters are for some reason all a brown color instead of their actual colors.  I don't know how to fix this

Okay you gave us the mediafire download link and I know for sure that I don't want to download any mod at the moment.
Is this the mod you installed?Mura's night and day mod
You should've give us a bit more information, maybe a screenshot of the problem. It's hard for me to help you with the information you provided.
But anyways, you have probably messed up the files.
