That's alright. Try downloading it again and follow the download instructions (if there are any) as to what files get placed where. It's possible that you accidentally didn't install all the files and that's what's causing your game to crash. Remember, all .fhm and .fho files get placed into "exports", all .fhw and .fhs files get placed into "sky" and .mp3 file (if there is one) gets placed into "sounds". Once everything is in the right place, try again, and then I would once again check for duplicate (_0, etc) particle files and delete the .fhw and .fhs files
However, it could also be the case that there is no reason that you keep crashing, aside from the fact that it's your first time trying to get in. I would try a few more times and maybe wait a day or two. Just remember not to click the screen while the game is loading the map
