character not being created?

whenever i go into the character creator and save my animal, the game is just stuck on the ''creating...'' screens for hours. the game dosent lag or anything, it works perfectly, this is my only issue
i tried restarting my computer, restarting the game, nothing happened.

help?

Make sure that your still logged into the Tab on your browser, whenever I'm making a character and it does that the reason tends to be because I was disconnected from the browser login.

It's really a matter of connection lagspikes that causes the game to not be able to save properly. A recommendation is to continue to save your character every time you make a new difference, for example, you could now have a blue character with a change of eyes and markings - save that. Then edit your character a bit more - save that. Until you've finally completed your character. This way, if there are any connection spikes, at least you'll have parts of it saved.

Likuu and Shurtle are both right. I had the exact same problem when I came back to FH. But another thing that works is to use a tab refresh site such as fefreshthis.com. You just put the name of the site in, and the time you want it to refresh(Mine refreshes every 25 seconds) and there ya go. You don't have to worry about being logged right off. :3
