When I try to make a new character, it never finishes creating it?

So, whenever I try to make a new character, it never loads it. When I log off and see if it saved it anyways, it isn't there.
My sister is having the same problem. I created her an account a few weeks ago, and when I try to help her make a new character, it did the same thing it did to me. The same thing also happened to my girlfriend, but after a few more tries, she got it to work. It's never worked for me; I've tried countless upon countless times.
I don't know if its just my laptop, but I need some help. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I stop this?

When you say, 'Never Loads It' do you mean that the loading message will appear but never go away whenever you save the character you just created? If so, that tends to happen to me sometimes, but only if I idled on the creator for too long. Also, are you connected to the server the entire time? If not, you might want to make sure you still are by keeping the login page opened the entire time. It does take a few times before it actually works. All I can say is be patient, restart FH before trying again or reinstall as a last resort. If this doesn't work, someone else might be able to shine some light and help you more. Try saving your character after each small edit or so until your character is complete

Does it say "Creating..." when you press Ok and then not go away? Also try doing what Kiki says.

okay, I'll try it... I do keep the login page open but it always logs itself out for some reason. Its really frustrating.

That tends to happen sometimes. You can try a different browser like Firefox and/or making sure that the tab is getting refreshed every certain amount of seconds. There was a similar concern and it was answered but I don't know the specifics all too well. Sorry. ~

Keep checking the login page whilst creating, as mentioned before create your character little by little. Thus using the edit button.
