Is your username over 16 characters long?

And if your password has numbers in it, make sure not to use the numberpad, but the numbers at the tp of the keyboard.

Passwords are key sensitive too! Make sure you are capitalizing any characters you need to, and make sure caps lock is not on.

Also make sure that you've got the new login page open. If that's open then it also might depend on which browser you're using. I recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

I have only Google Chrome and Microsoft edge. But I am using Google chrome.

Thank you for your help. It's settled (for now), now it's a slightly different problem. This time it writes Failed to connect to server queues. I know what it means but I do not know what to do (I know, I'm getting a little annoying )
