Why i can't play my Account in game? plz help

if i want to log in to Feral Heart and after i do all right with the internet log in and Game log in, it said the username or password are wrong, but i prooft it often, it was all correct, plz help me! i want play :C

How many characters is your in-game username exactly? If you've got the forum login window open then make sure your connection is strong and perhaps try out Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome; I hear they're really good for connecting to the game.

Adding on to what has already been said, make sure your proxy server is off. You can check your internet settings and you can change this. But as stated above, if your characters are more than 16 characters long, then no matter what you do, the game will not let you play. You would have to wait until registration is opened. Also, trying out Chrome / Firefox can also help as Shurtle suggested. Another thing you could try is logging in from your cellular device if you have one.

I looked up your username and it is indeed more than sixteen characters long; and as what's already been mentioned, the game won't let you in no matter what. You'll have to create a new account entirely to fix this, sorry!
