When I go under the water the screen turns white. I already replaced the water texture and material, but it stills turning white. It only happens when the camera goes underwater. (I don't know if I have explained well)

It just sounds like a graphics glitch. Try changing your rendering systems and see if that helps.

If this was happening before you replaced the texture, it could be the file.
Make sure you put the textures in the right area of the folder ( if it told you when you downloaded it ) media > particles , I believe. Also, did you physically changed anything in the material file? If nothing else works, it could be the file being corrupted.

Maybe your graphics are low, or isn't updated. Try adjusting your graphics settings. If not maybe you accidentally deleted a texture, which cause the water to turn white.
