Mass Markings not downloading?

So, yeah. I tried downloading this here pack. I'm not sure if this is the most current one due to my absence for 5 months. http://www.mediafire.com/download/c7d7agjpg4arb9r/22+Aug+-+Markings.zip

And whenever I click on it to download it, it just won't download. Does anyone else have this problem? Or can someone like, send me the pack via email or skype or something? This is frustrating. I've looked around for a solution for about an hour now and have not found anything. Please help.

Hm, that's weird. Have you made sure that your antivirus system isn't blocking it? Also try enabling pop-ups via your web browser settings as that might be preventing it. Mediafire also has a "download not working" button you could try that refreshes and resets the download for you.

If you're talking about whenever you click the page and it refreshes the browser and the download still doesn't work then I have encountered that problem once before.
When I looked up reasons as to why it was doing that, it said that mediafire ( depending on the country and stuff ) actually won't allow people to download some things during a specific time.
I don't think that was it but I believed it. I haven't encountered that problem since and when I do, I simply switch browsers and it sometimes work.

This is the exact same problem I have with Mediafire, but I have never been able to download from it, no matter what. As for the markings pack, the most updated one is Legendary Markings found Here. It is also a Mediafire download but if you like, I can try to upload my files to Dropbox and PM you the link. Just shoot me a message if ya want and we can see if that will work.
