Cannot Connect To Front Server.

This is what happened, I cant connect to the front server, I allow it in the firewall. Nothing changes. I am preferably new to this (but my friends play it) and I really want to play it. So I really need help with this.

I already got that up, And I tried waiting a few minutes before logging in. Still didnt work.

There seems to be many that has connections issues right now, all we know right now is that CloudFlare can be the cause of the log-in problem in some countries. We're looking into it.

Make sure though, that you open the log-in page before opening the actual game, and then that the browser is allowed to update the log-in page too.

When do you determine when this problem will be fixed (Its hard to wait when you haven't even played it.)

It could be a bit of a wait since some people are experiencing the issue and some have been waiting for weeks.
But don't worry, I'm sure the game will be up and running in no time for you floof. Just be patient ^^

I just realized something wierd, When I put my password in, it says its incorrect, but when I click the enter button again it attempts to connect, could this be part of it?

It'll attempt to login before it'll say if it's incorrect or not.
You have 5 chances before it'll lock you out for 15 minutes.

Make sure that your username and password are not over 16 characters.
If your username/password contains more than 16 characters, it'll be invalid, and you'll have wait for the registration to open again in order to make a new account.

Don't make too long usernames!
Make sure you always make usernames at or below 16 characters of length due to game limitations. Any username longer than this will NOT work for the game and we will not be able to edit your username afterwards. Also try to stay away from special symbols if possible. The registration should block most odd symbols that are not supported by the game, but keyboard layouts can vary and sometimes users might have issues due to special symbols used for their account.
