How to download the new update and what do i open it with?

Hi i don't know how to download the Torrent because i usually download the other one i don't know what to open it with and if someone could explain to me how to download and open it. Thank you for reading this.

You'll eed to download uTorrent in order to download and use the Torrent download :3
