Crash into Making Map

Hello. Sorry if my grammar isnt that good. But I'll try make clear to you. After I grabbed all old terrain into new terrain, I opened the FH, into a creavite den button, I clicked the button of Making Map. THEN CRASH! What I should do?

Make sure that all your files are matching and that you placed them in the correct folder.

Is the map:
More than 2000x2000 pixels?
Transparent or having transparent areas, or an Alpha channel?
In a color scheme other than Greyscale?
More than one layer?

If any of these was a yes, they can cause Map Maker to crash.
