What are some fun, yet interesting questions that others would be wanting to know?

Favourite place overseas they want/have been to?
What's their favourite culture?
What are their phobias?
If they had the chance to do something world-changing (cure cancer, save the poor, etc.) what would they do?
What kind of career are they dreaming to get?
