I don't understand! Help!

I don't understand all of this IP and connection stuff, my cookies are enabled, my internet is good and I'm logged in with the right username and password. Also, when I open the program, the IP on the site and the IP(I'm guessing it's an IP) on the program are different, is that why I can't connect? Idk, I'm just really confused ;n;

Try disabling proxy settings if you haven't already.
