Thank you. I'm going to be working on a new ReShade config for the newer version of FH as well. :D

Also, while testing, I used FHD

Whoa whoa whoa, not to necro or anything, but has that been released? How did you get FHD?

EDIT: Oops, didn't see your new forum post. My bad.

Ello everyone. I've been messing around with MasterEffect (Another graphical mod xP). I was planning on releasing this sooner, but I got too lazy. Also, while testing, I used FHD and when I copied MasterEffect over to a clean install of FH, the effect came out DRASTICALLY different, so I had to adjust it. Here are the screenshots:

The magical download link to V1!:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/kycp7cc2xh7azen/Crusoe%27s+MasterEffect+Config+V1.zip

To turn the MasterEffect on or off, use ScrollLock. By default, MasterEffect is already enabled. Also, make sure your rendering subsystem is OpenGL, otherwise, this will not work!
The original intention was to create a darker atmosphere while still colorful and not dull like how FH would normally look. The screenshots might show up a bit dark, but when playing the actual game, it isn't as dark is the pictures look. Enjoy!

UPDATE (5/21/2016):
I've updated the MasterEffect config so it isn't as dark any more, but as a result, I had to adjust the bloom as it would make some parts of the UI really bright. It may still bug you though. If it does bug you, just open up MasterEffect.h in a text editor  and find the 'Bloom' settings then change it to your liking. c:

UPDATE [6/11/2016]:

Since the new update, I tested out MasterEffect and it does not seem to like the new UI and character creation screen, so I had to update it once again. :P

Is there another way to disable this? It works fine, but scroll lock doesn't disable it for me

Modify MasterEffect.h and find this line in the beginning:
Code: [Select]
#define MASTEREFFECT_TOGGLEKEY 0x91
0x91 is the key to toggle ReShade/MasterEffect on or off.
Look in this list to find what key you want:

Code: [Select]
#define VK_LBUTTON        0x01 // Left mouse button
#define VK_RBUTTON        0x02 // Right mouse button
#define VK_CANCEL         0x03
#define VK_MBUTTON        0x04 // Middle mouse button
#define VK_XBUTTON1       0x05 // Mouse4 thumb button (back)
#define VK_XBUTTON2       0x06 // Mouse5 thumb button (forward)

Yes. Make sure you run the game under OpenGL as well.
