IPs aren't the same?

I am using raz's IP thingy and my proxies are off, yet my IP doesn't match... Is there a way to fix this? If it's something with my software hiding my actual IP , I don't think there's anyway to fix that(?)

You could try contacting your ISP ( Internet Service Provider ) and see if they have any knowledge of this.
Some other users had the same issue and they ended up contacting their server providers, so they might be able to tell you what is up. ~

As Hakumi said, it seems the only way to fix this issue is to contact your Internet Service Provider.
