*PROBLEM* With login and accessing brand new FH account.

GOOD DAY FH STAFF!! I'VE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM WITH THE LOG IN AS WELL AS MY ACCOUNT, FOR SOME ODD REASON, EVERY TIME I LOG IN ON THE SITE, IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST, BUT I HAVE EMAILS CONFIRMING THAT I HAVE THE ACCOUNT, I RECENTLY MADE IT. SO AFTER HOURS OF ENDLESS LOG IN FAILS, A FRIEND OF MINE GAVE ME HER SPARE ACCOUNT, AND NOW IT WON'T LOG ME IN AT ALL, I CLICK LOGIN AND IT LOADS, BUT RETURNS BACK TO THE LOG IN. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I think if you don't go on your account for a long time it will get deleted from the servers, and try going on a different browser and logging in, and make sure you have the right password.

As stated above, if an account isn't inactive for 1+ years, it'll be removed from the server and there's no way for you to retrieve it.

You will have to wait until registration is opened up again, but currently...it's disabled while the site is being done. ^^;

Did you activate the account right away once you made it? The account may not have activated properly, and in that case, you must wait until registration is open again in order to click the link in the email that will completely activate your account. If you can't get in with your friend's account, try logging into a different web browser or perhaps try using a mobile device. Be careful about sharing accounts as well, as it's not always advised. Hope this helped though!~
