Can't log in

Hey, so sorry if there have been too many posts like this, I have through the help forums to solve it myself, but nothing has worked so far.
Basically, I can't log into the game. I hit the 'play game' link, type in my username and password, hit 'login', then it just kinda acts like I did nothing. I've tried logging in on my phone, I've tried other browsers, nothing has changed. I haven't played in a few months, so I'm not sure if that would be long enough for my account to be deleted. I hope not.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ^_^

Usually when you log in, then it should go through and you should be able to proceed with the login. Make sure you're typing in the correct information.

Although, there was an incident where they cleaned out the inactive members while they were fixing up the site so I'm not sure if your account falls into that category or not.
You could try contacting a staff member via PM and seeing if your account is still in the server or not ^^

My friend is having the same problem- except that they had logged in once before the whole 'site update' thing, to check out the updated game. They were in-game and everything and now they can't get past that browser login area due to the problem posted above, haha.

Any suggestions as to who my friend should PM are welcome, as we rarely ever visited the forum before the update. I know that 'staff members' should be contacted, but is there a particular staff member that they should be contacting? Or does it not matter who they contact? o:

I don't think it really matters on whom they contact unless you see a staff on right away on the bottom of the screen from the home.. Hopefully a staff member will see this thread and they can assist you, but you're welcomed to PM one of them if they have any questions.

Thank you so much for the help, guys! I managed to get in! Turns out when I changed my password for the site, it didn't change for the game... I feel really dumb about that... But thanks anyway!
