Can't get new update?

So I've been attempting to download both variations of the new update on my Windows 8.1. Major problems are happening for both versions?? I directly follow all of the tutorials and I've tried multiple times.

Here's the problem -

I downloaded UTorrent and everything seemingly went as the tutorial said it would, however when i loaded up FeralHeart It hadn't any update on it?

Web Setup
Download is constantly "Aborted" while seeding and I just can't solve the issue?

Is the program being blocked by your antivirus or a program that does scans?
As for uTorrent, the icon shouldn't have changed but the layout per say is slightly different.
