Can't go anywhere

Hi this is pretty late after the rush of June lol... but I just redownloaded the game and I've been keeping the tab open when going in and it let's me run around in Lonely Cave but I can't go anywhere else.  When I try to go through a portal it says "failed to connect to the main server".  I thought it was just a little fluke, but it does it every time.  Thanks for your time!

It may be because the log in page is logging you out right as you go through the portals. Keep an eye on that. Sometimes it just takes a few tries.

Afraid not. Sometimes are better than others and let you stay logged in for quite some times. But there is no way to fix it, really.
Well, I guess one that could help help is this all you gotta do is just copy your log in page url and paste it into that and set the refresher from 30 seconds to 15 seconds.

When you downloaded the game, did you remove/move the old fh files first? I don't think that would have anything to do with it but it might.

It could also be that your PC has extreme lag when entering any of the user filled maps, especially The Grounds, which would cause the login page to log you out and provide said error message. If this is the case then getting a tab refresher extension/add-on and setting it to refresh the login page every 40 or less seconds is very likely to solve this issue. =)

Another thing that might be causing the problem is that your characters are still stuck in the old maps. You may want to try resetting their homes. On the homepage of Feral Heart, login and go to the User Panel. You can reset all of your characters homes from here and then just for good measures, click "Send Home". Hope this helps.

Another way to access this easier is to just go to the "Log In Page" and log in, then at the bottom it'll say "If your characters are stuck you can reset their location here"
Click that and it'll take you straight there. One other thing to add on to the above post, make sure after you click "Reset Home" don't forget to click "Go Home" too. Many people forget that part.

This has happened to many people, As everyone else has said. Go onto the Log In Page on the website, And log in. And you have to reset their location if they can't move. If they're still stuck, Go onto their bio's, Reset Home, And then the Go Home button.
