Preset Help (SOLVED, PLEASE LOCK THIS)

So I've just started making presets, And I need some help with this issue.
When I create a preset (Or part of it) The edges come out like this...

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I also use gimp and the lasso tool to colour.
(Also, Mods, Feel free to move this if it's in the wrong place)

That looks like what happens when you forget to remove the UV guide from the preset texture when you are finished painting. o.o

I've fixed the issue, I needed to extend the select tool so it didn't resize the selected area. But thank you for your concern.
