Game won't start

Hello everyone! I'm in need of some help! I tried to download the new updated game, but it didn't work for some reason. It kept telling me that I needed to download a torrent app (i have windows 10 btw), so I did eventually. Basically it just downloaded the setup. I did the setup and then clicked the game file once it was finished setting up. The game starts to play, but when it starts loading the beginning slide show part (the intro I guess. It plays before the game takes you to the log in scene), but then it says that FH has a problem and tells me to close the program. Anyone know what I should do?

   You need the Play Game Tab open.
(Can be found at the top of the screen to the Right.)

I do have it opened and logged in already. The actual game file just won't start for some reason.

  Hmm, Not sure then. You could try using the media fire download:

I'd try reinstalling it, to make sure all of the files were installed correctly. Sometimes they don't install the right way.

And, following Pongo do try to download from different sources! Some may not work with your computer is all.
