forgot password?

hi! i've forgotten my in-game password (i haven't played in a year) and i was wondering, is there a way to change it? i really want to play and the registration hasn't been open for me.. thanks for the help!

On the homepage, you can see a feature called "Forgotten Password?", Click that and sign in. Then you should be able to change your Password from there.

i've already done that (to get on the forum) but it didn't reset the in-game one.. so i can't log in ;_;

The site and the game are connected, so if you changed your password, it resets for both of them. Make sure you're logging in on the login page with your new password as well as in-game with your new password.

  You need the PlayGame tab open, can be found at the top right of your screen.

If your password was wrong, it would tell you. The fact that you're getting the "Cannot connect to front server" message means your login information was correct, it just can't connect.

You should be able to connect and play afterwards.
If it keeps timing out, try using an auto refresher for the tab it's open on, and make sure not to close the tab until you are done playing the game. If you're failing to connect to front server make sure your log-in page is open and it didn't kick ye from it.

Also, the server or log-in page might be being worked on that's another reason why it may not be working.
But do make sure to type in the same password, as it is connected on both.
