Preset won't work

My friend made a preset, but it won't show up on my screen. We tried using preset sync, which bugged and didn't work at all, so she tried sending me just the fhp file through dropbox and I pasted it into presets, but it still doesn't show up. Any suggestions as to what we should try? Thank you!

Does the name of her preset match her username entirely? It should have the same capitals where they should be and everything. "Username_#.fhp"

Yep, the preset name is how it should be..

Did you uninstall Preset Sync before you put the file in the "presets" folder. With Preset Sync, downloaded presets that you get from someone are set to go in the "PrivatePresets" folder instead of just the "presets" folder.

I tried putting it in both private and presets, but it still didn't work

Try logging out of both the game and the login tab for a bit, then logging back in and seeing if that does anything.
