Can't login

I've tried to login in but for some reason it didn't work.I made sure the password and the username are correct but still no answer.I tried logging in the game without using the login page but still it didn't work.Any ideas or ways i could fix it???

Well you always need the play game tab open while you're trying to log in.
Keep in mind that you should open the play game tab around 3 minutes before trying to log in.

Logging in without the login page definitely won't work for you as the connection won't exist at all, therefore make sure you're keeping it open at all times throughout your gameplay.
-Make sure you're giving the login page a few seconds (up to 60 seconds) to connect.
- Try other browsers

Well yes i've tried with the play tab and without it too.The account that isn't working is a friends account and for my main account i can login without waiting.

In that case, make sure your friends' account username isn't more than 16 characters long.
If not, then has your friend not played FH for more than 18 months? If so, the account was most likely deleted, since inactive accounts are removed.

The account stopped working about a month or two ago and she made a new one but she wants the old one back.I'll try and see what i can do.

Also is it a problem if the passoword is hella long?It is made out of 26 characters.

I don't believe password length is a problem at all, at least I haven't seen anything regarding an issue with passwords. You may even have to try changing it, see if that'll allow you to log into the account.
