My friend does not see my preset!

I sent her the file, but she does not see it :/

It's most likely because of the "__" in the name of the .fhp file.
If you tell them to remove it then it will most likely solve the issue.

There are 2 "_" in the file name, It reads "Jupiter.King__2.fhp" it should be "Jupiter.King_2.fhp". Was it exported this way?

Like what Arreze and VortexAlive had said, There are double underscores in your file name. This can be easily fixed by right clicking on the Feralheart Preset (fhp) file and renaming it to 'Jupiter.King_2.fhp', Unless then there is an underscore at the end of your name it should already work. If it does not still work after attempting this rename, Delete the .fhp file and re-try exporting it, Hopefully this time it wont come up with 2 Underscores. If it does it is because the name you have sitting in the login Username inside the game application has an _ at the end of it while you attempt/attempted to export your preset. Hopefully this all makes sense.

For some reason the login page can affect whether you see presets. While doing what the others suggested above, make sure your friend does not have FH open and is NOT logged in to the login page
