Preset Sync not working?

Hi!
Just today I found Preset Sync, and me and my husband both uploaded our Presets. Now, he could see me, but I can't see him, and his preset is in the Public Presets and presets folder, as well as in both of mine and yet, I can't see his preset?
Did I forget a thing?

Have you made sure that his preset file is named exactly like his username, caps, symbols and all when it exports?
Example: Unio-Momentium_#.fhp not unio-momentium_#.fhp

When you open the game, type the username exactly as others would see it, then go to preset maker and export it again and re-upload it. Once it is on your computer, close the game and then open it so that it can load the files again.

Totally just going to semi-repeat/add on to Vortex's post because I had this all typed out, I was just beaten at the punch.

Mind sharing his username and the name of his .fhp file?
Sometimes, if there's capitalization, the user's preset won't show up.

For example, if my .fhp file was titled vespian_7.fhp when my username is Vespian with a capital "V", the preset will not show.

If that is the case, an easy fix would be (I'll continue to use my username as the example) to change my (his) username in the userbox as vespian and then export the preset/upload it to the sync. No username change required.

Aah, me hopes I've explained well enough. If not, I can further clarify.
