i am new just got sined up

every time i try to get on to the front server i get a failed to connect to front server every time  :'( and no game play

Make sure you're logging into the >Play Game< tab here and keeping it running behind the game window.

My first time on this game which I believe was yesterday, I had the same problem and was unsure what to do so don't feel bad.
