Help me Login

On the splash screen of FH, try to log in with my username and pass, and it says
"failed to connect to front server" - I am not sure what to do to begin to fix it.
My computer has continually had issues getting me into the game. Please helppp!

Okay, I've done this. I have a message, "You must keep this page open while you play" but nothing is happening.
EDIT: OKAY I actually didn't realize you had to start up the game manually? But it worked! I started it up manually and it connected!! Thank you so much, this can be locked/archived!!
