I can't relate on the 'waking up at 3am' part, it's more like, 'why did I go to bed at 6am and wake up at 4pm?'
Either way, I believe both of our sleep schedules are a little messed up.. ! :<

Please add more of a discussion prompt to your front post. You can add questions such as "what time do you normally wake up or go to bed?" "what's the earliest you've ever had to wake up?" etc. Failure to do so will cause this thread to be locked for not having a proper discussion included
